I would like you to focus on a huge tourist attraction in your own County Wexford: The oldest operational lighthouse in the world – Hook Lighthouse. (We looked at this and discussed it previously in class some time ago).

Make an obstacle course if possible – running, climbing, jumping, crawling, balancing, add in a water filling task and use some of your maths skills etc.
How many socks can you pair up and put in the box in 60 seconds?
Place unpaired socks 5 steps away from a box. Players run, match up a pair of socks and place them in the box.
• Equipment: socks and a box (If you do not have a box use a bowl) Throw in unpaired socks as red herrings.
• Achieve gold:20 pairs of socks
• Achieve silver: 15 pairs of socks
• Achieve bronze: 10 pairs of socks
SPHE: Complete a gratitude journal. A gratitude journal is a book where you write at least three things that you are grateful for at the end of each day. At the end of your diary entry on each day, write down three things you are grateful for.
Ask at home if there are any jobs you could do to help out. Learn to hang clothes on the line/set the table/sweep and wash the floor. Complete a random act of kindness each day!
