Hello everyone!

I hope you have had a lovely weekend! I am hoping the nice weather will return to us soon!

This is our last week of work. I have added some fun activities for you to do on the timetable.

I would like to thank you all for being super students this year especially during the school closures where you have shown great dedication. I am so proud of everyone and I know you will be full of energy for 4^th class and ready to work hard.

But it is nearly time to start our summer holidays so I hope you have an enjoyable one!

Well done everyone! I will see you all in September!

Maths: NWMM, Tables Revision and Mathemagic 3.

The topic I have assigned for this week (Tues-Thurs) is Lines and Angles. Please explore this topic through talk and discussion first and then find different examples around the house and outside if possible. Eg: What right angles/sets of parallel lines/horizontal lines/vertical lines can you spot in your kitchen, sitting room, garden etc. Make some lists.

For Friday I would like you to read each word problem on page 174 with your child. Ask them to underline the clues that will help them figure out what operation to use (Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division) and then allow them to complete them independently in a copy/on a sheet of paper.
