Sports Day 2019
It was touch and go for a while but St. Joseph’s Sports Day eventually went ahead and we had a great day. Well done to all who took part and congratulations to those who won events on the day. Thank you to all our friends and families who came along to support us on the day. Here are a few photos of the day.
6th Class Tour to Dunmore East Adventure Centre
On Friday June 7th 6th class travelled to Dunmore East in County Waterford to the outdoor adventure centre. They enjoyed archery, caving, wall climbing, canoeing and the Wippit. They had a fantastic day and would like to thank the Parents’ Council once again for paying for this great day out. Here are some photos of the day.
5th & 6th Class Gaelic Leagues
There was a Cavan / Kerry final in 5th and 6th class Gaelic Leagues this year with Kerry coming out on top to claim the trophy. Well done to all who participated and congratulations to our champions Kerry.
Primary Aquatic Water Safety
Thank you to Wexford Water Safety and well done to the boys and girls of 5th & 6th Class who were presented with their Land PAWS 1 Certificate today. They learned all about water safety at home, on the farm and at the seaside, just in time for the summer holidays.
