We were learning all about the legend “The Children of Lir” and did some beautiful artwork based on it.

We challenged ourselves to see who could build the tallest tower using only cubes and lollipop sticks. No cube could touch another. Teamwork makes dream work !!!

We gathered leaves up from our gardens and used them to make Autumn lead rubbings. Look at all those colours

1st class are ready for a colourful year: We made some funky clever crayons on our first week back to school.

We also did some directed drawing and made these self-portraits which hung lovely outside our classroom door.
