Shay in our class introduced us to the idea of colour dissolving from Skittles so we decided to take it one step further and experiment with a range of liquids to see which cause the colour to dissolve from Skittles the fastest.

Here are our results:

Fastest: Water, followed by Vinegar, 7 Up, Lemon Juice, Coke, Milk and lastly Bleach- We were all surprised by BLeach coming last as we thought it would dissolve colour a lot faster than some of the other liquids. The surprises that Science gives us is truly wonderful!!!
