- Today was a great day! We finally got to reap the awards from winning the Agri Aware Pasture to Plate competition. We had visits from a local farmer, local butcher from Redmond’s Butchers and we also had the chefs from The Kitchen in Gorey. The children learned all about how our beef stew came from pasture to our plates! We loved the yummy stew so much so that we didn’t leave any for Mr. Cronin!!!
