I have really enjoyed 1^st class so far this year. During term 1, we did Gaeilge. I loved it when we played bingo. We did procedural writing-it was my favourite thing ever. We learned about Ernest Shackleton, he lived in three different places Kildare, Dublin and England. He went to the Antarctica. In maths, we did tens and units. In SESE, we learned about old and new houses. In art we made autumn owls and clay sunflowers. For PE we did swimming, football and athletics – swimming was my favourite. We did water safety with Captain Birdseye in SPHE. My favourite was when Alfie the Elf came. I liked singing at Christmas and then going to the cake sale. This is everything I did so far in first class. I love first class so much it is so much fun. Every day we do something new.
